 February 23, 2008 – 50’s & 60’s Sock Hop  $5.00 per ticket, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Music by Uncle Pete.  Mark your Calendars.

March 1, 2008 – Atlantic City Bus Trip.  Seats are still available.  See Bob & Kathy Oppici for sign up.

March 9, 2008 – Walk for Diabetes at the Oakdale Mall.  Contact Sue Birtch for sign up.  More info to come.

RECIPE’S

Easy Chicken Pot Pie
4 Servings

1        (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained

1        (10 ¾ ounce) can Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted

1        (5 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained

½   cup milk

¼      teaspoon pepper

1        (4 ½ ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk buiscuits

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8” square baking dish.

Separate biscuits, and arrange over chicken mixture.  Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly, covering loosely with aluminum foil after 12 minutes.
